The Brief
Our client in Beith, North Ayrshire, envisioned a modern en-suite bathroom that fused warm, natural tones with elegant finishes. The aim was to create a space that was not only practical but also visually appealing, without incurring excessive costs.

The Challenge
The primary challenge was to integrate the customer-supplied materials, white herringbone tiles and decorative PVC acoustic wall panels, into a cohesive design that complemented the beige wall tiles supplied by us. Another consideration was maximizing the available space with functional yet stylish fixtures.
Our Approach
To achieve the desired aesthetic, we began by incorporating the customer's white herringbone tiles with our beige wall tiles to create a warm, neutral palette. The use of brushed brass fixtures throughout added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space.

A wall-hung wood-effect vanity unit with a white countertop basin was installed to enhance storage while giving the illusion of more floor space. The brushed brass tap and other fixtures provided a seamless finish to the vanity area.

The shower area became a focal point with its spacious 1200mm × 700mm tray and a brushed brass sliding enclosure. Inside, a concealed rainfall shower system offered a minimalist appearance and a luxurious showering experience.

Results
The completed en-suite bathroom in Beith is a testament to how thoughtful design and quality materials can transform a space. The combination of beige tiles, white herringbone patterns, and brushed brass fixtures created a sophisticated yet inviting environment.

The LED heated mirror not only added a practical element by reducing condensation but also served as an illuminated focal point. Paired with the decorative feature wall, it enhanced the contemporary design.
This project illustrates that luxury bathroom styling can be achieved on a budget, blending customer-supplied and company-provided materials harmoniously.
