The Brief
This complete bathroom renovation aimed to transform an outdated space into a bright, practical, and modern bathroom. The client had already purchased walnut vanity furniture and a tall basin tap, which needed to be seamlessly incorporated into the new design.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a cohesive design that integrated the client's pre-purchased items with new elements, ensuring a seamless look. Additionally, the project required a quick turnaround time of just five days, without compromising on quality.
Our Approach
To achieve the desired aesthetic, we installed pastel grey tile-effect wall boards. These provided the appearance of traditional tiles while offering a low-maintenance solution. The wall finish was complemented by sandstone-effect LVT flooring, adding warmth and texture.
We installed an L-shaped bath with a glass shower screen and a chrome rainfall shower system. This combination offered both a full-size bath and a spacious showering area, catering to the client's diverse needs.
Our team also fitted a new extractor fan, a chrome heated towel radiator, and a PVC ceiling with recessed lighting. These elements not only enhanced the bathroom's functionality but also its modern appeal.
Results
The renovation was completed in just five working days, transforming the existing space into a modern, inviting bathroom. The integration of the client's walnut furniture added warmth and contrast, perfectly complementing the lighter wall and floor finishes.
A discreet access hatch was incorporated to allow future access to the main water stop valve, demonstrating our commitment to practicality and future maintenance.
