The client approached JWT Kitchens & Bathrooms seeking a modern, practical, and easy-to-maintain bathroom. Key requirements included a large showering area and additional grab rails to enhance accessibility and comfort. The aim was to create a space that was not only functional but also visually appealing.
The Challenge
The existing bathroom was outdated and lacked the functionality and modern aesthetic desired by the client. The challenge was to completely strip back the old fittings and create a new, spacious layout that incorporated all the desired features while ensuring the space remained easy to maintain.
Our Approach
Our team began by removing all existing fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was then fitted with metre-wide Wetwall wall panels, offering a stylish and waterproof alternative to traditional tiling. A full-size shower tray with a glass enclosure and chrome rainfall shower was installed, providing a luxurious walk-in showering experience.
To maximize the space's functionality, we installed a 100% waterproof vanity unit alongside LVT flooring for its durability and aesthetic appeal. The ceiling was finished with white PVC complemented by four IP65-rated LED spotlights, ensuring the bathroom was well-lit and waterproof.
Results
The completed renovation resulted in a bright, spacious, and practical bathroom specifically designed to meet the client’s needs. The incorporation of grab rails ensures enhanced accessibility, making the space safer and more comfortable.
